Join Our Team – Marketing Content Coordinator

Canter Power Systems Work with the #1 standby generator installer in the US! Our corporate offices are in Greensboro, NC. We have a fun, fast-paced environment, and we’re looking for a results-driven content coordinator to join our team.

This employee will report directly to the Director of Marketing.

Role responsibilities

  • Assist with creating, curating, implementing and managing meaningful and impactful content for our social platforms, blog, and website
  • Assist with the reporting and organization of email performance data for analysis by segment, campaign, store, region and other relevant details
  • Continually monitor campaigns and work with Marketing Director to fine-tune communications to improve open and click rates
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Track and monitor reviews and assist with the coordination of the review process, and update the review database
  • Create and distribute monthly Internal Employee Newsletter and flyers for company events
  • Assist with email marketing strategy, content creation and maintaining email lists and databases
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings with potential opportunity partners
  • Support the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
  • Represent Canter Power System at trade shows, external meetings, and other events
  • Work with call center regarding leads and replies to request for info
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure that all marketing efforts are seamlessly in-sync
  • Utilizes Asana a project management app to keep on task
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing

Required Skills

  • Bachelors' Degree in business, marketing, graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or related field
  • Must have at least 5-10 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and sharp writing skills
  • Has an eye for visual aesthetics, including formatting and layout, and produces polished deliverables
  • Has an expert understanding of brand standards and acts as a steward of their brand
  • Speaks confidently during calls, presentations and in group settings
  • Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude internally and externally and can work effectively in teams or alone
  • Must have excellent computer skills including the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Agorapulse, Hootsuite, Canva, WordPress, MailChimp, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
